1. Purpose of the Service

UniCopilot provides tools for academic organization, document processing, study planning, reminders, grade tracking, calendar management, and AI-assisted study workflows.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access to your account secure, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use UniCopilot to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or abuse automated or AI features.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain responsibility for documents and information you upload. You should only upload content you are authorized to use. You grant UniCopilot the limited permission necessary to store and process that content to provide the requested features.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, answers, extracted dates, academic information, or recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. UniCopilot should not be treated as the sole source for important academic decisions. Always verify deadlines, grades, exam requirements, and official course information with your institution or instructor.

6. Availability and Changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service develops. We may perform maintenance or make changes required for security, reliability, or legal compliance.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms. You may delete your account using the controls provided in the app.

8. No Academic Guarantee

UniCopilot does not guarantee grades, academic performance, admission outcomes, exam results, or compliance with any institution’s specific rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UniCopilot is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on app-generated information, interruptions, or user-provided content.

10. Privacy

Your use of UniCopilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will show a revised “Last updated” date.
